Christy Newsome has nearly three decades of experience in the title and escrow industry and is widely recognized for her leadership, operational excellence, and extensive knowledge of processes.
She began her career in escrow in 1997 and earned her Limited Practice Officer (LPO) license in Washington State in 1999. Over the years, Christy has developed expertise in all aspects of escrow operations, including managing a specialized department that focuses on complex title transfers and eliminations in close collaboration with title and escrow teams.
Later, Christy returned to escrow operations in a leadership role, where she supported closings, audits, and daily operations. In 2017, she was selected for a competitive leadership development program and received top recognition for her presentation to executive leadership. She then advanced into management positions that emphasized training, policy development, agent education, and team development.
Promoted to Escrow Operations Manager in 2020, Christy continues to lead with clarity, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service. Her extensive experience and steady leadership make her a valuable asset to the Ticor Title team.
