With over 25 years in Washington’s real estate market, Jody Marchand brings unmatched experience and dedication to every transaction. Starting as a temp in 2000, she quickly rose through the ranks and now serves as an Escrow Officer and LPO at Ticor Title in Covington.

Originally from Minnesota and California, Jody has called Washington home since 2000. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, painting, cooking, and spending time with her two sons, Isaac and Ian.
